admin>configuration>stock>update cart button option missing

Having an error that probably requires a reupload of a file or 2.
The option to Show Shopping Cart - Update Cart Button Location does not appear on the admin>configuration>stock page

Please point me to the correct file to fix/reupload.

Well the fix turned out to be not a file but a missing table in the database. Inserted the table and the option appeared in admin>configure>stock. Subsequently I compared this upgraded database with a new empty dbase on a fresh install and noticed that we were still a few tables short. So the database-only upgrade that we did must have had a couple of problems. So I just upgraded the database again with the zc_install software [from 1.25 to 1.3.0.1] and the tables now only differ by a paypal_test table [close as I can remember the name off hand.] I am assuming that it is not essential so I think now we are good to go. My last known issue is with the UPS surcharge module -- at least till I begin to stir the stew with mods!

We have not seen any upgrade issues yet ... however they can happen depending on your database, add-ons, etc. ... did you receive any error messages on your upgrade?

Yes there was notfification of error(s). While I recall it being in a red font, the message(s) were of the not to worry variety. The message said there were errors but I don't recall them being specific.
