turning off search in descriptions

I know this must be super simple but I searched the forums and couldn't find any help on this...

how do i turn off the "search in descriptions" for the search feature? I want it to just search the titles. We're using the search in header sidebox.

I do not think that there is a switch for this...you could search the code files for whee this is called out and maybe alter it there.

Admin > developers tools > search for the term and in catalog files

In tpl_search_header.php, find this:

$content .= zen_draw_hidden_field('search_in_description', '1');

Change to this:

$content .= zen_draw_hidden_field('search_in_description', '0');
