changing links file names

does anyone have any idea how to change where it says "conditions" on the following link:
http://shopjackiesjewels.com/index.php?main_page=conditions to say "about" instead because thats my about me page and I would like for the link to read like this:
http://shopjackiesjewels.com/index.php?main_page=about

you would need to change the names of
includes/language/english/conditions.php
includes/modules/pages/conditions
includes/languages/templates/your template/templates/tpl_conditions_default.php
includes/languages/english/html_includes/your_template/

includes/filenames.php

way more work than its worth.

yes it does take a while to do but now i can find things easier :)
