what happened

I was in my cpanel changing to no indexes for some of my folders. I accidentally added no index to pub folder in my store. How I don't know. But I did remove to default settings and still can't even get to admin get an The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

I have cPanel sites and do not know what the index is that you are referring to.

I would follow the recommendations that are in the error message.

I was just turning of indexes to certain folders so no one can tell where they are. I have a lot of zips on my site. And as for the error it is still saying this:::::

There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

I am lost and really could use some help here.

okay fixed the problem. my htaccess was at fault. I guess I had to manually change that since screwing with my indexes on the pub file.
