Price Inclusive of Tax Problem

Hi all, I'm a relatively new user to Zen Cart and have been playing around with the program for the last few days. I am half-way through with all the setting up and configurations but ran into a problem with the product prices.

Initially, the product prices displayed correctly (inclusive of tax) but after tweaking a few more settings, the product prices now display without tax. I don't know what I changed that caused this problem but I checked back at the settings and none of them seem to relate to the product price display. The setting under My Store has been left untouched as display product price inclusive of tax.

The zones and taxes have all been set.

I am seeing "Price Unavailable" - this indicates a user must have an account or other stipulation. What are your settings for Store Mode and Customer Details in the Admin> Configuration menus?

Yes I have set it to such that customers can only view prices if logged in and ordering can only be done when logged in. I have created one test account.

For the time being, I have made it such that you can order and view prices even if you are not logged in.

Could someone please help me out with this problem?

The prices are set correctly just that they somehow get reset to without tax after a while...and I don't know why. I did not tinker with anything related to price or tax...only the shipping and payment modules so far.

Ok I just realised something. The prices look right if you are not logged in. But once you are logged in, the prices of products with tax (I set some without tax to compare) display the net price and not the gross price.

And I also have a problem with the invoice. Under tax for invoice, it shows as 0% (and not 5.00% like I set it to be in my settings). I've tried deleting and recreating the zone (according to another thread in the forums) but it doesn't solve the problem.

Can anyone please help me out?
