How to change domain links?

I have changed domain names for my site and need to change the domain used in the cart links. I've looked through the admin area and changed the store info, but I think there must be a setting from the install somewhere that needs changing. Can someone point me in the right direction?

using ftp
download
includes/configuration.php and
admin/includes/configuration.php

make the changes at the top in the define http and define https..

If you havnt changed servers thats all that will need to be done

then save and re-upload of course
