Customizing Header Links - VERY NEW ZENNER!

Hi all, I'd be very grateful if someone can assist me with this.

What I am trying to alter is the links across the top of the page taking you to my product categories. I'd prefer just to have those listed where they are in the categories box on the side, and have other links to galleries etc across the top, but I'm lost as to which .psp I'm supposed to be altering this in, and where to find it.

If someone could give me a hand, I'm sure it's a simple question to most of you, but I've only started today!

Log in as admin
Then configuration, then layout settings
Towards bottom of that list is
Categories tabs menu ON/OFF
Click...update to 0 which is OFF
Done

One more question - Now in that centre column at the top I have a link to 'HOME' and I would like to add a couple more links in there. Any idea where I can edit that section of the page?

I know, I'm only a newbie though.

That home link is part of breadcrumb trail.. easier to use following
Log in as admin then
configuration
scroll to bottom of options there
Choose EZ-Pages Settings
Top option... display status header bar
alter to 1.. then view your store
To adjust EZPages links..admin..tools
then EZ-Pages

Added a page titled Classroom, and tried the link both as internal, and external, but no luck. Oh well, tomorrow is another day, and today's been my first day working on my new shop. Thank you so much for your help Misty, I'm sure I'll be back to pester you again tomorrow.
