Paypal payment happens - but no order

hi!

I have setup the paypal module and when I order the payment is succesfull and the customer is taken to the order success page.

however, there is no order email from the store to the customer. And no order reflects in the admin of zencart either?

Can someone help please.

Those symptoms mean that PayPal's server can't talk to your server to complete the transaction and save the order.
Fix that problem, and your orders will show up fine.

It doesn't happen for every order for us. Every few orders the payment goes through but the order doesn't. It's like an annoying glitch.

If anyone knows how to solve this problem, we'd be ever grateful.
