how to fill in "Default Tax Class"?

one more question for setting up tax.

The instruction on the forum said "To make this faster when adding new products, in the Admin area, you can select a default Tax Class to be applied to all new products you create, by selecting "Catalog -> Product Types -> (choose a product type) -> Edit Layout -> Default Tax Class"

I did what the instruction said step by step, but don't know "What should the Product Price Tax Class Default ID be when adding new products?"

What should I fill in that blank? 0, 1, or "texable goods"?

This would be the value itself for the Tax Class ...

Go to the Tax Classes ... and click Edit ...

In the URL you will see the:

tID=##

Click Cancel and use that value ...
