still very puzzled in images...

I used to have images only of large sizes for my website. And I found out the website goes extremely slow. Then I followed the intructions on the forum to have 3 different sizes for each product: large, medium and small.

But I don't know what to do with the 3 sizes....

Under the categories/product under catelog in Admin, there is only 1 "product images" browse winder. If I upload the small sizes, then all the images shown on the website are small size, including the "large image" window.

If I upload the big sizes, then all the images shown online are large sizes, the same problem I had before.

How can I upload all 3 sizes of images for each product? :schmoll:

Have you read this thread, which is the best for understanding how to work this the three image sizes.

If so, then as this is still causing you confusion you may wish to consider an alternative solution, which is to install the Image Handler add-in. This enables you to just upload one image - your largest size, and it takes care of producing the medium and small images and ensuring that they are displayed where you need them.

If you use image-handler add in and upload the largest size to the server, when it should only show small images, the size will automatically shrink to small size too?

Yes. It will create small and medium images automatically and hold them in a cache for when they need to be displayed.
