Popup Box is Much Too Big

I would greatly appreciate some help on my image popup. When you click to enlarge the picture, it seems as if my margins are out of whack... as you have to scroll over to see the picture (even though it's small)... too much white space.

I do not have the answer for you but will add for others that view this that this is only in IE. As it displays correctly in NS, FF, & safari.
