2 different flat rates?

Hi, is it possible to have 2 different flat rate shipping charges. I want a flat rate of say £1.00 for all orders with the option for the customer to choose nextday (£2.50) or recorded delivery (£3.00)

Not quite sure how a zone module could help but I'll give it a go. Where is the multi zone module? can't see it in the downloads section
