[DONE] existing meta-tags cannot be created on additional languages

Easy enough bug to reproduce.

start with standard (or any) ZC install
create a product metatag
add another language
edit the same metatag, adding the translations
Doesn't work..

Unlike other language dependent tables (cat desc, products desc, manufacturers, etc), meta tags are not having addition entries created for each existing record when new languages are added, rendering existing entries unable to be updated for any additional languages.

NOTE: should be done in a few and this will be in the next release ...

The meta tags, while different, are more or less the same to update for languages ... like the products_description etc. just using 1 table vs 2 but the concept is the same ...
