strange message bothering - please take a look

Lately I´m receiving lots of these kinds of messages.

Are they just spam, or something else?

Any danger in this?

Thanks in advance,

Groowine.

They sure look like spam to me. I wouldn't click on them as there is a risk that by doing so the coded subdomain would be used to confirm that your email address is active and you would be more heavily targeted.
