Invalid Argument Install Errors during Fresh Install

I'm seeing the following when I try to click INSTALL:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/beringan/public_html/store/zc_install/includes/modules/pages/inspect/header_php.php on line 251

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/beringan/public_html/store/zc_install/includes/modules/pages/inspect/header_php.php:251) in /home/beringan/public_html/store/zc_install/includes/modules/pages/inspect/header_php.php on line 449

Any ideas?

At this early stage I'd recommend re-uploading the install folder, making sure to use a good FTP programme - like FileZilla or WS FTP Home.

Thanks to all of you! I just uploaded the full file set for 1.3.0.1 and that got around the problem as well.
