USPS Production Server change

I just got notified that the USPS is changing its production server

"the implementation of SSL in Web Tools will require you to alter your code for aforementioned APIs to call URL:

  •      <https://secure.shippingapis.com>, instead of http://production.shippingapis.com"

I cant find how to do that in Zen Cart. How?

Steve that change to SSL does not affect the stock Zen Cart USPS module.

Are you saying that the stock module is already using the SSL link? In what file would I find the stock link to USPS?

We are not affected by that change as we do not use that server nor method for our USPS Shipping Module ...
