Shipping Estimator

I have posted this before but feel it may have been in the wrong section, so here goes again

The text within the SHIPPING ESTIMATOR in my cart grows as you scroll down it!

I have been through this forum and cannot find any similar threads with possible solutions

https://www.greatbaits.co.uk - have a look and see what I mean

Would really appreciate some help with this one

thanks in advance

Re: Shipping Estimator

NOTE: it grows in IE but not in FireFox ...

What version of Zen Cart are you using?

Is this a clean install or an upgrade?

Re: Shipping Estimator

Upgrade to Zen Cart v1.3.0.2 ...

Switch to Classic ... does it work?

Switch to Classic and rename:
/includes/templates/classic

to the temporary name:
/includes/templates/classic_HIDE

does it work?

What all shipping modules do you have installed?

Re: Shipping Estimator

Sounds like either your stylesheet is off or your template and override files may be missing something ...

Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com is a good program for finding differences between files ...

At least you know it works properly with the original code from Zen Cart ... you just have to find out what overrides or stylesheet settings in your templates and overrides are incorrect or perhaps missing ...

Re: Shipping Estimator

thanks so much for your input Ajeh, I actually ended up switching off the shipping estimator as it wasnt really providing any use to the customer (the shipping costs are fixed per item, therefore post code etc wasnt important)

but thanks again, the support from other zen users is excellent and I am sure I will need your help again......SOON
