In my "who's in shop" part, some of them are marked with red background. What does this mean?

The red means this is a spider ... like from Google or MSN ...

ummm ... you want spiders on your site ...
Not: you can sort the whos_online based on various things ... try sorting on Full Name Asc ... then Desc to see the difference ...

Just for the record... Why does it show a active shopping cart on the spider? This must be wrong?
