Create order on behalf of Customer?

I'd like to initiate an order on behalf of a customer. They are ordering some special request items that we do not list on our public site. I've created an area that does not appear on the public site for putting in these items. So I'd like create an order on his behalf and then use Super Orders to edit the order and add the special items.

Can I do this?

A slightly different question:
I'd like to be able to resend the order confirmation after I make edits to an order and have it reflect the changes. Is there a way to do that?

Ya know, I think I'll just use the Master Password mod. Should do the trick.

NOTE: Always do a good backup of your database and website before attempting an upgrade ...

NOTE: it is recommended to do a test upgrade to a test directory using a test database with a copy of your Live site database ...

For what it's worth this is what I do:
I logon via front end and create an account for the new customer myself using their email address as logon name and password. I then process their order. So they will have now have received their welcome email and their order confirmation. Then I send them an additional email telling them how they can logon and ask them to change their password at first logon.

that is a good description on how to do this for a customer,

When a customer calls I ask them for their email address and see if they already have an account,
then if they dont I create one for them.

I check by using their email address and master password.

Is there a Master Password mod for ZC 1.3 yet? I tried using the one in the downlaods section and it does not seem to work.

Yeah, I know... I run this business on the side in addition to holding down a full-time job and raising a baby. So it's not real high on the to do list. When I get a few hours to work on it, I'll try.

to create the order from the zen cart admin side. While editing the order, when i click the 'Add product' link it is redirecting to the admin home page. Is there any way to solve this problem or do i need to purchase this module. Reply ASAP.

i am having the same issue here. ive tried uploading the files from the latest version of simple orders as well as editing the original files. both times i get the same problem, this could be due to the mod not being updated to work with zencart 1.39h

has anyone made this work with 1.39h? or is there an alternative? i only want to add orders from admin area, i should not have to do this as the customer from the front end.

while am trying to create order i have clicked ADD PRODUCT --

but it doesnt shows any page it redirect to admin home page... wats a problem.. am using ZC1.3.9.... give me a solution.... thanks in advance
