very weird about images (image handler) online

I processed images through image handler completely offline. After I uploaded images up to the server, I set up images size exactly as my local server. But weird thing happened. All images become fuzzy.

And images names and belongling folders changed!!!

What happened? Please take a look at https://www.thesbeauty.com/index.php

Need help ergently!
