Is their a UPS/USPS insurance mod for 1.3.X?

I had modified some core code for 1.2.5d and had mandatory insurance added to each package based on USPS/UPS insurance rates. Worked like a charm. Now that I've upgraded...those changes are gone. Sure...I can go back and try to figure out what I did (it was when I first started with ZC, so didn't document well). So, is there anything out there? Or will I have to try and write a mod myself? Can't believe this hasn't been added to the core modules of those two shipping items after all this time. Didn't seem that difficult to me when I did it almost 1 year ago, but I was a ZC newbie and finding where things were, etc was difficult at that time.

I also need insurance for USPS, has there been anything developed for 1.3? Would really appreciate knowing either way, or if anyone is working on it. I certainly do appreciate the hard work and talent that goes into these mods. :)
