printer friendly invoice packing slips

Hi, seems the way to end an hour of searching posts is to finally post a question, then "Wha La" I'll magically stumble upon the answer by myself. But don't wait for that.

How can I get rid of the url printing out on the bottom our invoices and packing slips?
How can I get rid of "Zen Cart!" (no offence) in the upper left corner and "Page 1 of 1" in the right?

appreciate any insights.

OK..page set up under File in the browser window....erase both header & footer lines...at least that is how it works in IE
