Shipping Zone/Country Selection help

Hi Guys, I am setting up my shipping zones and countries, I have input into the shipping modules the countries we ship to, but when you go to the shop and order something, it has the entire list of countries, I only want the countries selected that I input, does anyone know how to alter this ??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
