Formatting email order notifications

I can't seem to find the file that will allow me to alter the formatting on the emailed order notifications. They seem to be coming double-spaced now - and I'd like to make them more compact, so they fit onto one printed page.

Any direction as to how I can make this happen is greatly appreciated!

Is there not any place to check the formatting on these? Remove line breaks, etc.?

I'd like to be able to make these as compact as possible.
