Failed opening required 'DIR_FS_CATALOGDIR....

When I try to open my admin site, I get this message...

Warning: main(DIR_FS_CATALOGDIR_WS_INCLUDESfilenames.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in //local/home//******/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 58

What is wrong? Anyone who can help me in a fast way?

your /admin/includes/configure.php is either corrupt, non-existent, or not being loaded properly for some reason.

check the file on the server for accuracy
check your server's errorlog for clues about possible permissions problems
did you CHMOD the file too low perhaps?
