Products with no images - No Picture Image off - Seeing double description

I have the No Picture Image turned off, now I see my produt title twice.

I'm sure there is a switch somewhere to fix it, I just can't find it.

Any suggestions?

What version of Zen Cart?

How did you turn off the No Image?
