questions regarding the headers

i am currently trying to make zen look and feel as much like my web site as possible. My web site is https://www.insanecomputers.ca/insane can anyone give me any hints as to how i can go about using mylook if possible or at the least my top banner/header area.. im rather new at this and for the most part have tried to stay away from bothering anyone but im pulling my hair out

Difficult to provide a step by step here.

But looking at your current site, this should be relatively simple for 80-90% of wht is contained in your header.

Your bit of flash for your logo needs to be placed in the template image folder and then you need to find the instances of logo.gif using the admin > tools > developers tools and then change logo.gif to your logo's file name.

The remaider is a sliced image and these psrts can be used as is or combined as you choosse.
