white space & spacing

How do i get rid of the white space on the top between the image&sideboxes and the header? Also the space next to boxes and images and how do i align the text for the products a little more to the right? i tried modifying my stylesheet but i can't seem to find it. any help would be appreciated.

Nevermind, I found the solution.

For those of you that are looking for the same answer:

For the white space after the header, I deleted <br class="clearBoth" /> above the  comment in the tpl_header.php file.

For the others, I adjusted the padding and margin values in my stylesheet.
