payment problem on confirming order
Here is the problem i have having , I create an account, Select item, Continue to checkout, Put in payment details, Select credit card as payment method, Then go to order confirmation, Then click confirm the order .
Then this error comes up:(
The following errors have occurred.
(13) The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.
I have checked an everything seems to be in order :(
Can anyone give me some advice to why this is happening please
