Estimate Shipping not working

Hi,

i am having problem in zencart v 1.3.0.2

when i add product to cart and click on "Estimate Shipping", i just get a windows showing
[ Close Window ]

[ Close Window ]

Thats it.

I have done setting for UPS and USPS, but it is not showing drop down list of country, state.

Pls suggest.

Do you see any Shipping Modules in your checkout?

I do not see any Shipping Modules loaded in your checkout ...

If you go to the Admin ... Modules ... Shipping ...

You should see UPS and USPS ...

Install both of these ...

USPS does require an account to be setup ...

If you already have these installed, write down your settings and remove/install and reconfigure ... be sure they are set to enabled ...

Do not set any Zone settings on either shipping module ...

Make sure that you have defined your 5 digit Zip Code in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... setting as well ...

i made mistake by setting zone in UPS and USPS. I changed it and now it is working.
