disable shipping estimator

All of my products are free shipping, so is there any way to cancel the shipping estimator from the checkout process (plus it doesn;t work, just get a blank pop up)

To change the settings on the Shipping Estimator display ...

Go to Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

Shipping Estimator Display Settings for Shopping Cart

0= Off
1= Display as Button on Shopping Cart
2= Display as Listing on Shopping Cart Page
