How do I change a sidebar link so it points to an html page.

For example the Gallery link on the right hand side here:-

https://www.beeunique.co.uk

points to http://www.beeunique.co.uk/index.php?main_page=page_10

and I want it to point to http://www.beeunique.co.uk/top15page1.htm
