How do I change a sidebar link so it points to an html page.

How do I change a sidebar link so it points to an html page.

For example the Gallery link on the right hand side here:-

https://www.beeunique.co.uk

points to http://www.beeunique.co.uk/index.php?main_page=page_10

and I want it to point to http://www.beeunique.co.uk/top15page1.htm At the moment there is a redirect, but i will want other links to point to html pages also so I may as well find out how this can be done.

If you don't think that this can be done let me know . If you think there is some documentation on this point me in the right direction please.
