Small problem with my layouts...

I have my website at https://www.theeurovisionshop.com

When you enter the site you can see the problem.

On the front page I would like featured products to appear first and below that new products.

But the SEARCH box is been pushed downwards in line with the new products.

Why is this happening? I need my search box up the top of the right hand column at all times!!!!!!

Re: Small problem with my layouts...

I also removed the CSS stylesheet.

However if you look at the front page of https://www.theeurovisionshop.com you can see that the NEW Products and Featured products are still appearing with a RED BACKGROUND HEADING. Where are these coming from and where are they been defined??

Also If you click on one the buttons at the top for specials and new they are coming up without red banners. Why don't these links appear in the central section?

Re: Small problem with my layouts...

You are not using the most recent Zen Cart version.

the search box that you have is displaying correctly as this is the "SideBox" search function. You can disable it in your admin > tools > layout boxes controller > and look for the 'search' that you currently have in the right column and disable it.

The main search that normally appears in the header is one that you have eliminated somewhere in the code when replacing your header. Find the code and include with your header.

Do not throw away the css file, adjust the entries to achieve the desired look.
