Certified hosting ??

Guys, I hesitating in choosing any of the certified hosting services.

I have some questions

(1)I am more concerned about the performance factor; I don't know which one got the best performing servers.

Please PM me, if you are sure.

(2)I didn’t buy my domain name yet, some certified hosting offers expensive domain name registration, I know I can go for cheaper domain name registration with other companies, and then transfer it, but the problem is (the transferring charges might be expensive, and at the end I will be paying more :shocking:

Please guide me.

I already built my website with a free hosting website, and now I want to go for a paid/certified one, I will need to transfer my database, I know some certified hosters will do this for free, I couldn’t figure out which one.

SUGGESTION:
I think we are protecting the certified hosters since no one is allowed to rate any one, I am suggesting rating them (Price, Performance, Support, database transfer, domain name reg. (yes/no), etc.., OVERALL rating),

It will not be some kind of advertising since the rating is going to be written by 100’s of clients.
As you know no one can trust testimonials published in their website as they are only publishing good once.
