no spacing between product listing in centre box

I am trying to increase the spacing between the listing of a category in the centre box as they have no spacing at present, and the images but up to each other.

I have looked at the source and see this

so OK I could put a border or cell spacing in there, but I cannot find it in the css tables. `There is no tabTable.

This is driving me mad . .. please, please restore my sanity ?

I have acheived what I wanted but it wasn't in the style sheets but in tpl_tabular_display.php

Thought that would of been a css controll, does any one know of another way round it?

I have not tried this for what you are trying to acheive but you might try applying the padding & other settings to the code in your css and you might have to separate the the table row from the others?
