No Email Notifications

I have been working on getting my cart back and one thing I can't seem to get is the email notifications. They worked before when I had a lower version of the zen cart but now they are not with the 1.3 version. I had a customer sign up and neither of us got an email.

I'm using my ISP's email addy. And know the following about my server:

HTTP Server: Apache/2.0.54 (Win32) mod_ssl/2.0.54 OpenSSL/0.9.7g PHP/5.0.4
PHP Version: 5.0.4 (Zend: 2.0.4-dev)

Can anyone help? I've searched but can't find seem to find it. TIA!

Have you tried using your domain email?

We host our domain. There is an email set up, but it just sends it to the isp addy.

I just can't seem to get it. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I really need to get this fixed. TIA!

Just an update. We ended up getting this fixed last night. It was on the server end.
