Need help please, mind going numb

Please forgive me if my problem is listed somewhere. I have spent hours researching the forums and my mind is going numb.

Here are my problems:

The text in the side boxes "search" and "currencies" is larger than the text in the other side box headers. Where can I make it all one size?

The center column header "home" is higher than the sideboxes. Where can I just remove the background so you can't see the difference?

The center column has no padding and I had seen where my text was cut off (can't find that spot now) but where can I add padding to where there is some space between the center and the side columns?

The left sidebox does not appear to be at the same height as the right sidebox. How can I fix?

I am assuming that most of this is in my stylesheet but I have gone through it several times and can't seem to find what I need to change or what I should change it to. Also, if anyone has a "roadmap" of the stylesheet (what each section pertains to when we look at it on a screen) it would be extremely useful to us newbies.

I can't see the currency sidebox, but your search box looks the same size as the others. You should be able to pad the centre by adjusting the left and right column width in Configuration -> Layout Settings.
