Can I extract a customer list???

I am creating a newsletter OUTSIDE of zen cart. I would like to some how extract my customer list so I can import their email address.

Is this possible and if so where do I find this information?

Nevermind I figured it out, my going into my database and copying and pasting the file into notepad.
