New hosting account

Hey there, Zen Cart newbie here. About how long should it take for one of the Zen Cart recommended hosts to install Zen Cart for me? I signed up on Saturday and all I've rec'd is an email stating that I'll receive another email for information regarding my Zen Cart store. I have not rec'd another email, even after repeated attempts to contact the company via eMail, support ticket, and phone.

Just curious ... my patience is beginning to wane. I'm spoiled by 24/7 service. Is that not available in the Zen Cart world, or did I just pick a loser of and/or an overworked host?

Who would you recommend as a host? I don't want to install Zen Cart myself and, of course, I want the most bang for my buck. I'd also prefer a host that accepts PayPal payments.

Heard good reports about hosting by Merlinpa1969
Do a search here for that member name, link
to his company in his signature, also a recommended
zencart host.
