remove thin line from bottom of page in IE

Hello all

I'm trying to remove the thin line from the very bottom of me pages

I have placed a custom banner at the bottom of the page but i cannot find a way to remove the white below it.

Any help will be very very welcome

is there a way i can change the main body colour to match the background and insert a white box that will expand and contract with the addition or removal of products
were the main body is currently white. a correct term for this would be fine as i don't mind searching for it, but a good push in the right direction will be very appreciated.

sorry if my descriptions are not the best (I'm not up to speed yet)

If any one can see a any obvious mistakes with the code or layout for my pages please let me know, you wont offend me.
