New here! Please help!

:blush: I am trying to set up Zen Cart for my online store. The only thing that comes p when trying to view the catalog is a blank page. I figured out how to change the template used, and changing the template changed the background color but it was still blank. I checked the frequently asked questions for this problem and found one article relating to a blank catalog page. I tried/checked the configuration mentioned but it did not help.

Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

You might try reloading the files to your site again ...

Depending on your FTP software ... files may load incorrectly, corrupt, bad or missing ...

Make sure that you installed the current Zen Cart full v1.3.0.2 ...

I actually installed it via Fantastico from my control panel for my site. Does that make a difference? I don't have the actual install files.

I would suggest ... click the link above that reads: get Zen Cart

Then get the Full Zen Cart v1.3.0.2

Then ... upload all of the files to your Zen Cart directory on your website as you appear to have a bad install via Fantastico ...

In the future, always use the Real files from our site to help avoid out of date, missing, etc. errors and to assure that you have copies of all files on your site and your computer ...
