New Zenner

I am looking to setup my shipping in the following way.

Any item shipped to someone in the US is charged a FLAT $5.00 fpr shipping. I have this working at the moment

However, I do not want to ship international for that price. How can I setup shipping for international orders to be calculated?

So if the person is ordering from Russia. I do NOT want to see "Best Rate $5.00" radio button on the shipping selection page.

Clone flat.php and make a zone for one to be the US and the zone for the other to be the rest of the world ...

Note: I happen to post a new zone for the world within the last week or so that would probably be handy ...

... might popup all of the threads that I have broken down how to clone shipping modules
