transfering cart to another server

Can someone give me a comprehensive list of entries that may need to be changed when moving an entire site from one web server to another?

includes/configure.php
the actual server paths
/they/look/like/this/
there are 2 in the includes/configure.php
and depending on the cersion
3 0r 4 in the admin/includes/configure.php
