Shopping cart pages shoes php echo

My site videogame-skins.com shows the php echo names such as HEADING_TITLE

You need to add an item to cart and view cart to see problem

etc and also makes the page go much wider i have customised this site quite a bit and thi s has stumped me last ditch effort for help defore sarting over !
