turning off or removing

turning off or removing

**I cant seem to find where to turn off or remove the catagories that appear in the center of the page. I created 3 catagories and they appear there

and also the same at the bottom of the product there is a tell a friend and write a review I would like to turn off

Anyone know where to do this at**

Its 2am Ill try and read more post to find answers next time but i need to get this much done right away thanks got to get sleep IIIII'mmmmmmmmmmm tiiierrrrrrrrrd
