Make a text in languagefile red
Ik would like to make one line of tekst in the file below red.
./includes/includes/LANGUAGE/shopping_cart.php
It is about this line
define('TEXT_INFORMATION', '<a href="http://www.zen-cart.com">Click here for a link to zen-cart</a>');
In my example of linking to ZC is just an example. I want to link to an EZ page file, but I found it to long to place that link here and not needed to solve my little problem.
This line will show above the page where you can see the content of your shopping cart.
The link is working correctly, but now I want to make the link a different color, instead of the default black, because you cannot see clearly it is a link.
I've tried the following:
define('TEXT_INFORMATION', '<a href="http://www.zen-cart.com"><font color="FF0000">Click here for a link to zen-cart</font></a>');
In tpl_shopping_cart_default.php I found the following line:
<div id="cartInstructionsDisplay" class="content"><?php echo TEXT_INFORMATION; ?></div>
So my conclusion was I had to find cartInstructionsDisplay in the css file(I'm not an expert in php/css, but can read it like a rookie with already a bit of experience)
I've found it on this line:
.cartProductDisplay, .cartUnitDisplay, .cartTotalDisplay, .cartRemoveItemDisplay, .cartQuantityUpdate, .cartQuantity, #cartInstructionsDisplay, .cartTotalsDisplay
{ padding: 0.5em 0em;
}
The > # must be a little bug I think, so I tried it with this and with a normal dot (.)
I added: > color: #FF0000; after { and before padding.
There are some lines that get red, but not the one I want. I also did the following:
.cartInstructionsDisplay {color: #FF0000; } and ofcourse removed .cartInstructionsDisplay at the same time from the other line.
No result.
I hope I've shown you I already tried my best and someone can and will help me.
