Direct Bank Deposit module on 1.3.0.2

I've just now installed this module off the downloads page here and can't get it to show itself.

It's such a simple item I can't be messing it up. I've installed it on the Paymetns moduels section, set it to 'true' and given it a sort order, yet it doesnt appear on the payments page during checkout.

The info file says it works with 1.3.0.1 Has anyone else confirmed it to work with 1.3.0.2?

Check to see for which zones you activated this payment method. It will only show if your address falls wthin an valid/allowed zone.

Yes, it was the zones that were the problem for me. All my payments and delivery methods were out of whack until I got the zones pinned down.
I made a post of my final settings in this thread here:

Once that was sorted out, the other payment methods also started working as expected.
