ez page navigation area not showing up

I can't seem to get the ez-page navigation to turn on the right column. Is there anything I forgot to do from admin?

Turn on the EZ-Page sidebox in the Layout Boxes Controller ...

Make sure you have added something to the Tools ... EZ-Pages ... for the sidebox and set the Sort Order and set the status to enabled (green)

Make sure that in the EZ-Pages Settings ... that the Sidebox is enabled ...

I did all that and they still don't show up. The killer is that I had them working on the original site, then had to re-install Zen Cart becuase I screweed it up putting in a plug-in. I should have backed up first. Live and learn.
