Need help with stylesheet_new.css

this style sheet make sit so i have a link bar to all my catagories at the top. I would lie a link bar in the same spot but to diffrent pages how can i make this possible

The EZ-Pages Header bar does exactly this and allows you to include internal or external links or build completely new pages of your own.

THe Zen Cart facility for adding new pages, internal links or external links into menu bars in the header or footer and sideboxes.

You can create a page or link in Admin > Tools > EZ-Pages and turn the menus on and off at Admin > Configuration > EZ-Pages and the sideboxes at Admin > Tools > Layout Boxes

How exactly do i go apon adding a link bar and making the catagories belowe my link turn into the links i want

What i mean is how do i edit the text for this and the imaging
